Dixcart Bay Hotel, Sark

4 nights from £289

The cobbled courtyard, the stylish covered walkways and the Conservatory Restaurant that sits level with the tree canopy reinforce the impression of understated refinement. Behind the hotel the neat lawns slope away into the woods where the Dixcart Valley then winds gently towards the beach in Dixcart Bay. A web of paths weaves through the woods, the Jaspellerie vineyards and along the magnificent coastline, providing wonderful views of Jersey and a very real chance of glimpsing a peregrine falcon. This haunt of poets, painters and authors really is the most magical of locations. The cobbled courtyard, the stylish covered walkways and the Conservatory Restaurant that sits level with the tree canopy reinforce the impression of understated refinement.
