Situated in a residential area in their own grounds and surrounded on three sides by lawns and mature oak trees, they provide a peaceful and tranquil setting. Just five minutes walk from Cambridge Park and the Beau Sejour Sports and Leisure centre. For convenience there is a late night shopper nearby and the restaurants and bars of St Peter Port offer varied and excellent cuisine. Sheltered between the apartments is the heated swimming pool, south facing sunbathing terrace, lawn with sun beds and picnic tables and a large grassed play area.
