Guernsey Events Diary – July 2014

Summer takes on a new bloom

By July the island festivals take place amidst the heady scents of colourful floral displays. Guernsey events for July include plenty of musical interludes with Sark’s Folk Festival and concerts and entertainment around Guernsey. Don’t forget to look out for scarecrows though!

1 July

Herm Island Garden Tours
Take the *boat from 11am to Herm and learn from the RHS Garden Gold winners about their coastal creations.

2 July

St Peter’s Community Market
Local and freshly baked produce 10am – 11am in the Community Hut, behind St Peter’s Post Office.

Sark Folk Festival
Take the boat to Sark and enjoy the line up of contemporary and traditional folk musicians.

Guernsey raised meat and locally caught fish as well as other home made treats. 9am – 12pm at Sausmarez Manor.
